Hugo Cazares of Mexico took a sweet revenge by beating champion Nobuo Nashiro on a unanimous decision to become the new World Boxing Association (WBA) super flyweight champion on Saturday.
Two American judges each assessed the bout at 117-111 and a South African at 115-113 -- all in favour of the Mexican.

The fight was a re-match of Nashiro's second defence of the title, when he drew with the Mexican 116-112, 112-116, 114-114.
The 32-year-old Mexican, ranked top in the WBA, improved his record to 31 wins, including 22 KOs, against six defeats and two draws.
"I'm very satisfied. I didn't think I was winning until the end of the 12th round. I'd also like to thank Nashiro, who was a great champion," said Cazares.
For 28-year-old Nashiro it was his third defence of the title he wrested from compatriot Kohei Kono in September 2008. He saw his record reduced to 13 wins, including eight KOs, against two defeats and a draw.
"He (Cazares) tried to pile up points by connecting light punches. Now, I'm beaten. I'm going to go anywhere, any foreign countries, to continue to chase my dream," said Nashiro.
